On January 27, 1949 we were issued our Articles of Incorporation by the State of New Jersey. Tonight, on the 75th Anniversary of our incorporation, we gathered for a special meeting to recognize our 75 years of service and have a dinner with current and former members.
We were dispatched early Friday morning for a barn fire on Fox Hill Rd in Tewksbury Twp. Oldwick Fire Company, Pottersville Volunteer Fire Company, Pottersville, NJ, Lebanon Borough Fire Company, Califon Fire Company, Long Valley Fire Company No.1, Long Valley NJ & Chester Volunteer Fire Company, Chester, NJ responded along with Tewksbury First Aid and Rescue Squad & Whitehouse Rescue Squad, Readington, NJ. All units cleared by 10:30am. The Tewksbury Police Department is investigating the cause.
