On February 25th at 1754 hours the Washington Twp. Fire
Department was dispatched to a reported structure fire at 35 South Four
Bridges Road. Fairmount Fire Company Chief 2-60 arrived on scene at
1757 hours and advised of a working fire in the attic of a 20x50 - 1 1/2
story residential home. Long Valley Fire Company attacked the fire
along with Fairmount Fire. Schooley's Mountain Fire set up Quint 3-9
for ventilation operations. The fire was placed under control 1 1/2
hours into the call, once a tremendous amount of overhaul was performed by
all three fire companies. Schooley's Mountain Engine 3-1 was assigned
as the FAST.
