March 29, 2007; 1810 hours - Hunterdon County
Communications dispatched Fairmount Fire, Tewksbury Rescue, and Tewksbury
Township Police to Route 517 between Beacon Light Road & Salter's Farm Road
for a reported motor vehicle accident. Engine 34-62 quickly responded,
assessed the scene and advised communications of a single car MVA with a
minor injury. The utility companies were immediately requested as the
utility pole was completely snapped in half. Fairmount Fire assisted
with securing the vehicle, scene cleanup, and traffic control.
