Saturday, February 25, 2005 - Fairmount Fire Co. was on a cover assignment for the Chester Volunteer Fire Company while they were on a training detail in Rockland County, NY from 0800 to 1530 hours.  While on the cover assignment at 1357hours, Engine 2-1 was dispatched to a two car MVA with fluid spill.  Engine 2-1 arrive at 1359hours, and Chief 2-70 established command.  Firefighters contained a minor fluid spill from both vehicles, and disabled batteries in both vehicles.  Chief 2-70 terminated command and returned Engine 2-1 to Chester’s quarters at 1428 hours.
