Friday, March 3, 2006 - Fairmount Fire Co. was requested to assist with their tanker into Branchburg Township, Somerset County.  The building, the Bradco Supply warehouse, housed commercial building products including roofing materials, lumber, metal, and vinyl siding.  It is estimated that the column of smoke generated by this fire could be seen for more than 10 miles away.  The fire started in early in the afternoon, and was still be attacked well into the evening.  Additionally, fire companies were dispatched for rekindles due to the materials involved.
